There are plenty of rumours circulating today – here’s your roundup of City gossip from across Europe
There have been persistent rumours this summer that Manchester City are targeting new goalkeepers – and there are a flurry of reports today that continue the theme.

The Star believe Pep Guardiola is targeting 24-year-old Argentinian Geronimo Rulli , who has confirmed he is leaving Uruguayan outfit Deportivo Maldonado this summer.

Rulli is valued at around £9 million and spent last season on loan at Real Sociedad .

Rulli admits a move is close – but won’t reveal whether he favours a switch to City or a permanent move to the Basque club.

“I know something is close but can’t say,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Mail are reporting that Barcelona stopper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen is set to join the club this month.

Guardiola is a known admirer of Ter Stegen, 24, with the ‘keeper’s ball-playing ability suited to the style of play the Catalan boss favours.

Ter Stegen is a regular for Barcelona in cup competitions but rarely plays in La Liga – and he would provide serious competition for current No. 1 Joe Hart.

Barcelona were thought to be reluctant to sell – but they have a deal in place to sign former Liverpool ‘keeper Pepe Reina from Napoli and have therefore softened their stance.

It is understood the German would cost City around £15 million.

Elsewhere, if reports today are to be believed, City could line up next season with an entire new back four.

Torino right-back Bruno Peres is one target – with Italian media suggesting a £17 million bid is imminent as the Blues to look inject some energy into their full-back positions.
