Manchester City winger Leroy Sane has demonstrated the tons of confidence he has – in any given situation. It is now evident that he would back himself – always – going by a tattoo of himself inked on his back.

The young German chose to have a design featuring himself along his own back. He initially hinted at it during the final Premier League season’s game and displayed the complex tattoo in a post for Manchester City’s own Snapchat account.

At that time, only half of the image was visible even though it was already obvious that the body art was a design of the player’s celebration from the game of the Champions League against Monaco.  After scoring in that game, he stretched out his hands and ran excitedly down the touchline as he helped Man City win in the home leg.

Presently, the whole Etihad Stadium can be seen as part and parcel of that image – together with the player’s full celebration, following the completion of the tattoo the period after the season.

But now, there is only one question that begs for an answer: What will Sane – who participated in Tuesday’s Man City’s new away kit launch do with regard to a tattoo – in case he succeeds in winning in the competition next year, and not merely in the round of 16?

Benjamin Mendy joined Sane at Man City after signing a new deal. Mendy signed after a £52million agreement with Monaco. And this was actually the second time Manchester City ‘looted’ their European conquerors this summer following the signing of midfielder Bernardo Silva previously in the window.

There have also been additional players on Pep Guardiola’s side namely Kyle Walker, goalkeeper Ederson Moraes and Danilo in a costly summer.
